Refund Policy

At ReputationGuardPro, we stand behind our AI Visibility services. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for our AI Visibility Boost (one‑time) and Subscription Plans.
Current Plans:
1. AI Visibility Boost ($249 / One‑Time)
- Full refund if we fail: If we are unable to complete the full 9‑layer AI visibility audit and deliver the 3 critical signal boosts as outlined in the service description, we will issue a full refund of your $249 payment within 5 business days.
- No refund if successful: If we complete the audit and boosts as described, the fee is earned and non‑refundable.
- No partial refunds: Because we invest significant manual effort (analysis, evidence collection, boost implementation) before delivery, we do not offer pro‑rata refunds once work has commenced.
2. Subscription Plans (AI Visibility, AI Authority, AI Dominate)
- Pilot Period (first month): You may cancel at the end of the Pilot without further obligation. No refund is issued during the Pilot – you are paying for the service received that month.
- Minimum Commitment (months 2–4): After the Pilot (or immediately if you skip it), you are committed to 3 consecutive monthly payments. No refunds are available during the Minimum Commitment, even if you cancel early – you remain liable for the full commitment.
- After the Minimum Commitment (month‑to‑month): You may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refund is issued for the remaining days of that month – the service runs until the end of the period.
- Overage fees: If you exceed your plan's fair use limit (Boosts), additional charges apply. These overage fees are non‑refundable once processed, as they correspond to work already performed.
- Unsuccessful boosts: Because AI platforms make independent decisions, we do not refund subscription fees if individual Boosts do not produce the desired outcome. Our service includes ongoing monitoring and continuous improvement throughout the subscription.
3. What Does NOT Qualify for a Refund
- Unsuccessful boosts or audit outcomes (for both One‑Time and Subscriptions) – we do not guarantee specific AI rankings.
- Change of mind – if you simply decide you no longer want the service after work has begun.
- Delays caused by you – failure to grant necessary access or provide information in a timely manner.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges – these will be refunded (see Section 4).
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. Include:
- Your full name and business name
- The invoice number or transaction ID (found in your Stripe receipt)
- A clear reason for the request (e.g., "AI Visibility Boost – audit not completed")
We will respond within 5 business days. If a refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Note: To cancel your subscription or update your payment method, please use the Stripe Customer Portal – no email required for these actions.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to terminate your account and pursue collection of any outstanding fees (including the Minimum Commitment if applicable). We also reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with appropriate evidence of service delivery.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting with a revised "Effective date". Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
