Our first website, for a supply business
It started with a single hand‑coded HTML site built for a supply‑chain business. No frameworks, no shortcuts, just learning, line by line, what makes a business believable online.
The SEO decade
That first site turned into hundreds more. We moved deep into SEO, built and grew dozens of technology and internet businesses, and spent a decade figuring out exactly what search engines, and the people behind them, trust and reward.
The rise of neural networks
As the first large language models emerged, we saw the shift coming early: the gatekeeper to customers was changing from search rankings to AI answers. We started studying how these models form opinions about brands.
AI recommendations, automated at scale
